Yayasan Peneraju offers a comprehensive and flexible interest-free financing scheme designed to empower Malaysians in upskilling and lifelong learning. Through its Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers, the scheme provides financial support of up to RM150,000 to cover training, tuition, professional and examination fees, as well as allowances. Participants can also enjoy a 100% waiver if they complete their programme successfully in one sitting. This initiative enables individuals to focus on developing their skills and advancing their careers without the burden of interest or financial strain. Yayasan Peneraju’s scheme ultimately aims to nurture capable, competitive, and high-performing Malaysians ready to thrive in today’s evolving industries.

Requirements

  • You must be a Malaysian citizen and of Bumiputera status

  • You must hold an active personal bank account under your name

  • You must not be currently receiving other active funding from Yayasan Peneraju.

  • You need to have a valid offer letter or proof of registration with an approved Learning & Training Institution (ALTI) before applying.

  • Minimum age is typically 16 years or older for many of the packages.

Financing Scheme

  • Up to RM150,000 Financing – Covering the whole journey throughout your study.

  • Learning & Tuition Fees – Covers course fees and tuition costs for the program

  • College Administration Fees – Includes registration, facility, and other administrative charges

  • Resource Fees – Covers books, learning materials, and other academic resources

  • Nurture & Development Programme Fee – Supports system, workshops, and personal development programs

  • Professional Body Fees – Covers membership or certification fees for relevant professional organizations.

  • Examination Fees – Includes costs for mandatory exams or assessments.

If you are a New Applicant:

Bumiputera
Malaysian citizen
Aged 16 years and above
Obtained a valid offer letter or proof of registration or certification of attendance from the Approved Learning & Training Institution (ALTI)
Not an active recipient of other Yayasan Peneraju funding
Has an active individual bank account
If you are our Yayasan Peneraju Alumni, all criteria listed under “New Applicants” applies, PLUS the following:

Repayment Status: If you are currently on a repayment plan with Yayasan Peneraju, you must have made repayments exceeding 50% of the total outstanding as of the application date.
Maximum Financing: The total amount of financing received from Yayasan Peneraju (including previous financing and this application) shall not exceed RM150,000.00 of our recoverable amount. You may refer to Peneraju.org for your total financial received.

You will first need to fill in the registration form above and obtain the invoice & training details from us. Then, proceed to Peneraju.org to create an ID with full name, IC number and email address. Choose the training or certification you wish to pursue based on the information available at Peneraju.org such as training and certification, entry requirements, duration, Approved Learning and Training Institutions (ALTIs) and Financing Scheme. Proceed to apply from Peneraju.org by following the steps and submitting all required documents.

ADASTANETWORK will process your application within 5 working days, while Yayasan Peneraju will take approximately 21 days to process.

ALTI stands for Approved Learning & Training Institution, refers to educational providers officially recognized by Yayasan Peneraju to offer industry-relevant training programs and certifications aimed at enhancing the skills and employability of Bumiputera talents in Malaysia.

Yayasan Peneraju: You will receive an email notification on your application status within 21 days after successful submission of your application. Remember to check both your inbox and email junk/spam folders. You may retrieve your letter of offer via Peneraju.org.
